argh user error + forums = data loss

I was typing up an entry about losing weight, and I accidentally pressed "back" on my mouse... normally this might not be a problem, but with this WYSIWYG interface, and using Firefox, when I pressed "forward" all that I had written was gone. I'm not sure there's an easy fix, but whenever this sort of thing happens, I feel compelled to voice my complaint, because that sort of "content" loss is the most frustrating thing for me.

Oh, I hear you. That's annoying. Drives me nuts.

Unfortunately, that isn't something that I can fix, but I'll let the host and post it to the phpbb wishlist.
